A gentle yin practice to prepare your body for meditation, reflection, and intuitive knowing. Postures include full prostration, sphinx, child’s pose, seated forward fold, half pigeon, and reclined butterfly. We also practice a lunar breath at the beginning of class and a solar breath at the end of class. Enjoy some time in meditative stillness and grounding after the practice.
