Go with the flow and move with the sacred current in this watery, easy-going vinyasa practice. Seated warm-ups flow into half sun salutations and fluid movements. We then practice a hip-opening vinyasa that includes low lunge variations, moving wide-legged folds, dancing warrior, pigeon, and low back stretches. End with a nice rest in reclined butterfly.
