Release trapped energy and amplify your creative expression with this throat chakra practice. We begin seated with a mudra meditation and stretching to get into some of the deep layers of the outer hips. Then, shake out your energy and move into standing postures: Warrior 1, Pyramid, Revolved Triangle, and optional vinyasa. The class ends with a kriya to release inner anger and a short shavasana with affirmations. I also guide you into chants throughout the practice using the seed sound HUM (or HAM).
