Tap into the element of water for fluidity, flexibility, replenishment, and intuition. If you’ve been feeling tight and creaky lately — then this is your practice. Put aside any need for things to be a certain way and move your body with ease and grace. We begin with a seated chakra clearing exercise, followed by sun salutation A, standing postures (warrior II, triangle), low lunge, pigeon, and seated hip and hamstring openers. Keep the body moving throughout in subtle ways to align with the sacred rhythm of the universe. And don’t forget to drink plenty of water!
