Protection prayer/invocation

Hi everyone!

I felt called to share my version of a protection prayer that I use before any type of spiritual work or session. I change parts of it up depending on what the session is for or the purpose, but it always validates that all work/energy/transmissions are aligned in love and for the highest good of all.

If you believe in frequency and energy work, feel free to use this for your own benefit, especially in these intense times. I personally like to say it out loud. If you have your own processes, feel free to share below.

As I connect [to the divine grid of Source consciousness and unconditional love] (replace with anything you’d like... Spirit, God, etc.), allow me to receive the experiences, wisdom, and insight that support my soul’s evolution and align with my highest good and the highest good of all.

I am fully protected from that which is not aligned in love, or that which seeks to use my energy for reasons that are not in my highest good.

With my highest wisdom, the wisdom of [Source] (replace with anything you’d like), I am fully grounded in the knowing that I will only receive experiences and insights I am ready to receive and that exist in the higher dimensional frequencies of love.

When this experience/session/gathering is complete, please seal my container of energy, so that I am fully integrated and embodied within my personal energy field, and release all cords and attachments that are no longer serving me.
