Loving on yourself

We always say that we’re doing things to “work on myself,” but why not say “I’m loving myself” instead? Love yourself by arriving to your mat and enjoying this practice that includes a meditation to release fear, deep twisting and hip openers on your back, as well as pigeon and forward folds. Give your body the space and love it’s craving.
