This week’s practice and new classes

I did something a little bit different this week and created a series of 10-minute gentle classes that can be practiced anytime, anywhere (no mat or props needed). I thought this might be helpful if you’re traveling or have a compressed schedule this holiday season.
If you’re looking for a full, one-hour yin practice this weekend, I highly recommend the class “Yin Yoga for Self-Love.“ This has some great backbends and lung openers that you will connect you back to yourself (SO important right now).
