This is an active flow practice that begins with padma mudra and some slow stretching, and then moves into vinyasa, hip openers, and balance. It is designed to help you become present with your body and shift feelings of anxiety and overwhelm.
NOTE: I experienced some technical difficulties with the recording and had to splice it together, so the middle part of the recording cuts off for a moment during the first Warrior II. Otherwise, the audio is mostly clear throughout.
