This is an energy restore sequence to soothe your nervous system, release fear, and activate your body’s capacity for healing. While this is a restorative-ish practice, the energetic aspect is quite powerful and you will feel a shift! This practice includes breathwork, tapping, restorative postures, stretching, a short kriya, and meditation.
