Props: two blocks, strap, bolster (if you don’t have a bolster, fold some blankets or use two bed pillows), blanket (or two)
Balancing crystals: If you like using crystals, grab one darker (grounding) crystal to hold in your left or non-dominant hand, and a lighter (elevating) crystal for your right or dominant hand. Some examples include: Shungite, black tourmaline, obsidian, jet, onyx, hematite, smoky quartz, labradorite... and for the opposite hand: selenite, clear quartz, aura quartz, moonstone, rose quartz, celestite, soapstone.
