Just a reminder that October begins this week! Agh! We begin the new month and new schedule this Thursday, the day of the full moon in Aries, which will be a doozy. 😬

Friday morning at 9:30 is the start of my new free class, Shakti Empower Hour. This is an all-levels class that may include flow, energy exercises, yin, meditation... whatever the energy of the day calls for. My goals are to create a space to align with the energies of personal empowerment, and to cultivate spiritual attunement through utilizing our physical and energetic bodies. I will also end each class chanting a Shakti mantra. So far this week my guides are advising us to create and harness light, use extra discernment (I heard that word several times), and drink plenty of warm beverages (preferably with earthy flavors) to ground.
