For those days when you want to get a full yoga practice in, but you’re finding it hard to get motivated...
This class starts off slow with some reclined stretches and moves with ease into strength and flow. You’ll finish the class having moved the spine in all directions, as well as opening and strengthening the legs. No commitment required, just show up and see what happens! :)
