A sweet 45-minute yin practice to cool your system — whether physically, energetically, or emotionally. This practice uses all calming and cooling postures and ends with sitali/sitkari pranayama and a meditation. I highly recommend this practice during the summer months or whenever you feel heated emotions such as anger, impatience, or frustration.
