Gentle Flow to Release Tension and Ground

De-stress and calm the mind with a grounding 30-min flow of seated warm-ups and earth salutations. This is a great practice anytime you feel anxious or overwhelmed. I recommend sitting for a few minutes in meditation afterwards.
