Evening Wind-Down Practice to Prepare for Sleep

A short practice of breathwork, restorative yoga, and meditation to help your body wind down for a good night’s rest. I recommend practicing the final breath and relaxation for at least 10-11 minutes or until you feel yourself start to deeply relax.  

Props: A bolster or pillow, blanket  

Suggested music: Playing Max Richter’s From Sleep album during this practice will add the extra brainwave effect for deep calm.
