A 90-minute yin retreat to help you move through cycles in your life that involve some aspect of release and letting go. On a physical level, this practice works with the hamstrings, hips, and spine. On an energetic level, the poses stimulate the liver, kidney, and heart meridians to support processing, releasing, detoxification, and acceptance.
Props: Two blocks or firm cushions, one or two blankets, and a bolster or pillow
