Quick Strength and Movement Practice (Level 2)

A 20-minute flow practice that helps cultivate strength and endurance. On a physical level, the practice works hips, glutes, core, and hamstrings. On an energetic level, it is very clearing and empowering. Practice whenever you need to fit in a quick practice that will offer muscular and cardiovascular strength, as well as a good stretch. 

Suggested props: Props are completely optional; no props were used in the video to allow for efficiency, but two blocks can be supportive.
