A practice to tap into your inner creative fire and move with the steady rhythm of your spirit. This is a perfect practice for Beltane and Spring when things are coming back to life, or anytime you need to cultivate some embodiment and heart-centered joy.
This can be practiced without props, but feel free to grab a couple of blocks or blankets to modify as needed.
Please practice mindfully and listen to your body. This is a level 1/2 practice -- most of the movements are familiar, but the breath practices are more advanced.
