[META UPDATE 1/4] Now with Physical Cards!

Hey everyone,

We've got some awesome news to share with you all regarding our Athana Chronicles Patreon! We're constantly striving to improve our offering and bring more value to your journey through the realms of Athana. We've been having a lot of internal thinking and decision making about how and what we offer when we get going properly. Today, I'm pumped to share the first of four major meta updates that we believe will enhance your experience and interaction with Athana's rich lore and mechanics.

So, without further ado, let's dive into what's new.

Starting now, whenever we roll out new item posts and spell posts, they're going to come packed with some awesome goodies:

• Printable Item Cards: Get ready to bring the magic and might of Athana into the palm of your hands—literally! Each new item and spell will come with a printable item card. These cards are perfect for keeping handy during your sessions, making your gameplay even more dynamic and enjoyable.
• Unwatermarked Concept Art: We know how much people love taking and tweaking items and spells. That's why, along with the item cards, we'll be attaching the concept art of each item and spell—completely unwatermarked. This means you'll get to appreciate the artwork in all its glory and even use it as inspiration for your campaigns.

The New Cards

The above images show the new card style and design for todays item (spoilers!) and the second shows the variations on the top left corner of the item cards, each symbolizing different types of items—a potion for magical items, a sword for weapons, and a breastplate for armor. Next to these icons, you'll find letters representing the rarity of the item: C (Common), U (Uncommon), R (Rare), V (Very Rare), L (Legendary), and A (Artifact). And keep your eyes peeled for a spell icon with numbers 1 through 9 and the letter C for cantrips, debuting in our next spell release!

DIY Print, Cut, and Fold Item Cards

Get ready for a hands-on experience with an A4 PNG layout for print, cut, and fold item cards that will accompany every item/spell post. This DIY feature allows you to bring Athana's arsenal to life right from your printer!

This image shows the style we'll be attaching the concept art to the spells and items from now on. 

Conclusion and Recap

Every item and spell post from now on will treat founders to an incredible bundle, including:

• D&D Beyond Link: For seamless virtual integration into your campaigns.
• Item Card PNG Files: Front and back visuals for each item and spell.
• Print, Cut, and Fold PNG File: A DIY template for physical item cards.
• Unwatermarked Concept Art PNG File: Take the visuals of Athana without distractions. Make them your own!

These updates are just the beginning of our journey to make Athana Chronicles a cornerstone for your D&D adventures. With three more updates on the horizon, we're gearing up to unveil more about content offerings, scheduling, new tiers, and our big launch plans.
