I think they were produced by the same studio that made the "Frantic Ferret" show. Zandar would concoct these elaborate plans to steal Adler's cereal, but the plans would always backfire.
The cereal itself was okay, but their "Oops, All Mallow" edition in the 1990s was a marketing disaster.
