An especially powerful Blue Dragon can infuse a wyvern with its arcane draconic energy, elevating it to a Stormwyvern. Stormwyverns are bestowed a semblance of their master's elemental affinity and cunning. They serve in the dragon's forces as heralds and subcommanders, their increased intelligence allowing for a rudimentary grasp on the draconic language and a crude understanding of battle tactics.
