Added 2020-01-16 22:35:15 +0000 UTCI don't always shoot natural light with no other lighting source, but when I do... Am Montoya was perfect for the look I wanted. Her skin tone perfectly captured the feeling of warmth from the sun. I normally would use a single light or reflector as fill, particularly when shooting in open sunlight, but we did not need it here. It was late enough in the day that we were able to get by without anything else. After shooting on the balcony for a while, we moved inside to take advantage of the interplay between light and shadow.
