2025-02-20 03:53:21 +0000 UTCAnd honestly Lia, I would tell ya not to feel bad if you getting flamed on your overall thoughts of the show/gaslighted ..you already put it in your one edit and I assume you will do final thoughts of the show once everything is revealed, but season 2 definitely had some flaws. I know people are saying it's obvious on some certain aspects, but it's a lot to swallow in a short amount of time. I don't think it's any indictment on you, Molly, or Courtney and many reaction channels had some similar thoughts about this season.

Your reactions with Molly for AOT were phenomenal because you both had to actually read and digest the information to retain it… but with a series like this in English, you all don’t pay as much attention because you can “hear it.”

2025-02-20 00:47:18 +0000 UTCSorry last note, not a direct attack on Molly as person, but slightly sad to see she joined the Cait hate train so easily. Everyone is justified I guess in their thoughts and I don't deny what she did was wrong, not only to, but also Zaun. But I wish people had more empathy for her as a person/character and just because she's older, doesn't mean trauma can't affect you. Just put yourself in her shoes, not only did her mother get murdered, Cait in the span of few days while only trying to do good; Got kidnapped from her shower naked, terrorized, nearly killed, didn't shoot jinx because Vi stopped her which eventually lead to her mothers death and at last the memorial attack. I mean people do joke that Jinx got to see Cait naked before Vi as a running joke and it is. But in also reality context of the show, drama and seriousness, I mean that would be pretty traumatic to be kidnapped naked, pretty vulnerable place regardless of being male or female. (Plus that's not including, either Jinx forced her to dress herself which is fine in a sense, or Jinx knocked Caitlyn out and dressed herself, which is kind of wild if ya think about that lol. I will go with the first option personally, but it doesn't remove the mental trauma) And then add in the rest. As cliche as it sounds, guilt, revenge, trauma all can easily outweigh normal thought processing and Caitlyn hasn't had time to process everything. I don't know if they just threw Maddie in their for "shock" value, but just like Vi in a way, she is yearning and wanting love & comfort. Now you can obviously tell she doesn't show much or any to Maddie because she hasn't built a bond and more of a fling, but it doesn't mean she isn't yearning for it. If it makes Molly feel any better, Cait doesn't take Maddie into her bedroom, probably one of many of the guest rooms in their huge house XD lol

2025-02-20 00:24:09 +0000 UTCThey literally tell you in the episode when they read Vander’s letter to Silco that he lost his mind when Vi and Powder’s mom died. That’s why he attacked Silco and tried to drown him because he blamed him for their parents death. That was his biggest regret in the letter.

Salo was there to take some of the power to Viktor. I see how it could be confusing but alot of these details should be gleaned easily from the context of the scene, salo is there stealing/collecting power , jayce reappears in the same room, where the "anomaly lies", obviously he's been through a lot. If you remember the convo with ekko and jayce, the hexgates are purposful uses of magic, but the anomaly, like a grunt or a sigh, is the natural response of magic to the actions of hextech, thats why its in the same place the core is.

From Vi reflection of shattered glass(being shattered on the inside) To Jinx being Zaun's leader when it should've been Vi. To her seeing her sister with her own child and learning to see her sister is still there To Vi's jacket with the two wolves. To Vi finally letting down her guard and fist down as Warwicks Arm's are in an attacking position To Felicias hair and part of Jinx's and Vi imagery To the song being the end of season 1, episode 2. Powders juice, cup, and Straw To having a family back Vander, Vi, Powder and Isha. I could go on. Low-key, I can't lie on second watch. When Jinx said "Vander no" I thought "bad Vander, down Vander" Like he's a pet dog, should've brought treats lol

2025-02-19 17:17:58 +0000 UTC🔥🔥 Since, they never make it clear and since I assuming you finished the series by this time and last edited 2x8. Also whatever conversations y'all have had plus Molly researching lol, BUT the assumption is that Silco decided to spark the revolution. In doing so, Vi and Powders parents went to the bridge. Two possible outcomes 1st based off letter and everything, after Vander got to the bridge (assuming he was only going at this point to try to save his friends) and finding them dead. He found Silco and attempted to murder him. Also Vander didn't let go, Silco cut his arm with the knife if you rewatch season 1. The other possibility is he basically attempted to kill Silco before heading to the bridge. The only reason why that doesn't line up exactly is because Vander says in his letter "I lost my head after losing her." Leading us to assume he got mad at Silco and blamed him for Vi and Powders parents dying.
