Nope, not related. The synthesizer videos are "current" (meaning they were recorded during the week, or at most two weeks before they are posted) but the finished music files can be a month old or more - or can contain material that old. What happens is: I'll build a patch and record a few minutes of it .. and then it can take a while, listening to it occasionally and figuring out what I need to add to "finish" it, i.e. make it sound like some sort of musical composition instead of just a machine loop sitting there running.
