Dramatic Lighting

Enjoy a tri-photo post to make up for the fact that I didn't get one in before this day officially ended in my time zone.
For these exposures I had the camera on a tripod and the room was completely dark except for a battery-powered LED bar which I waved around while the shutter was locked open.
In this one you can see the trailing edge of the lightbar where I moved it in front of the camera: It's that thin wisp that looks like cigarette smoke.

Next time somebody asks me how can they draw expressions on a robot i'll show them this sequence of images, lighting can do a lot to make a stationary face seem to have different expressions. The fist one seems calm, the second happy and the third angry. I know it's probably just me... but... yeah.
