Mutable Grids is once again driving the beat, with Bastl BitRanger chortling away through holes provided by the Skis VCA. A soothing circuit buzz from Nandemonium was made to pulsate pleasantly by Mutable Streams, told to shush at strategic moments by order of Grids but always sneaking right back like a pesky pulsewave mosquito. Korg MS-20 plays counterpoint in the first half, and takes the melody after the guitar solo. Surf organ sounds were generated by an Alesis Micron. Bass is a real upright bass, and my acoustic Wishnevsky tenor guitar provides the lazy island twang binding this whole mess together and making it taste like pineapples.

Reminds me of <u>Regret</u> by Mukala. Can't really say why - the songs aren't that similar - but I hear this tune and feel myself wanting to start in with those lyrics.

Sounds something like i could listen to if i was playing one of those oldie games on my phone's emulator while relaxing in a lounge with a big grin in my face, maybe after managing to get something big and right in a good day. It manages to sound both happy and upbeat but also relaxed. ππ
