He's not human, because he's an anthropomorphic buffalo. 🤣 But seriously... I.... really don't think so. I think it's obvious he was a normal kid just like springfield at that specific time, he might have gained *some* power later, power which he's still not good at using, probably because he feels like shit in front of women for what he realised he did to Sprinfield... but, yes, he probably has the age he shows or slightly a bit less. For now.

I don’t know if we’ll ever find out explicitly but my impression is that Thunderhoof has power, he’s ageless and probably very old. Like Zandar and Adler he looks down on most lowfolk as literal lower lifeforms, the way a rancher looks at his cattle. I doubt that he feels any remorse towards Springfield for what he’s done to her. We can’t expect human reactions and feeling from him because he isn’t human (or buffaloan). At worst he might feel regret that his plans didn’t work out.

Though in this case thunderhoof has real reasons to feel like shit in the first place, because he was unconsiderate and he was despising the situation in his most self deprecating way possible, but still hurting others in the process. While springfield should not feel like shit as she's the victim here. 😣 Again, sometimes i wonder how can you come up with stuff like this because it feels a bit too real for my tastes. It's always like seeing a wreck in slow motion. You want more but you feel bad about wanting more.
