The sad fact is that males are viewed by much (it seems like most) of society as the ones in control of any sexual relationship, even when the male is a teenager and the female is a grown adult woman. Too many people still consider women to be too weak to be a credible threat, and that allows female predators to fly under the radar simply by being underestimated.
