2023-03-10 18:26:31 +0000 UTCI'm surprised it hasn't been a concern that a pred could attempt suicide when you confront them, but I assume that comes along with being selfish and maybe not being mentally prepared to be caught. Don't wanna incept the fear of having to deal with one of them attempting that into your head but just something I assumed would be a big deal to prepare for. Really nice episode this time as always!

I think that's why most predators feel obligated to talk to me when I confront them -- they're used to manipulating and controlling people (sometimes all their life), and especially with who they think to be a minor online; it's part of their character as a predator.

It's interesting though... sometimes they will initially back out, then I disappear, but then they'll hit me up again to talk sexually or arrange for sex. Other times they'll back out and say stuff like "you need to watch out for creeps in here" or "get out of here, lots of perverts here." From the outside, it looks like they're a good guy, but it can sometimes be a trick for the predators to separate themselves from the other bad guys, trying to gain the victim's trust, and if they continue talking, sometimes it's only a matter of time before their true colors or intentions bleed through.

Two reasons, main one- they are generally very narcissistic personalities if not actually full blown psychopaths. They think they are smarter and better than most and if gifted with a silver tongue, can lie and spin webs of grandure that will confuse most. Also, many are so sexually screwed up that if they think they are on a path to satisfy their disgusting perverted desires, the top head turns off and the pants head turns on
