Enjoyed the behind the scenes tour, I 'flip' as well as a side gig, but in a different way lol I work full time in health care on the side of 'financial quality control' but my side job is far more interesting.... I flip animals, as in help farriers with problematic equine (mainly pain in the ass, mini asses/ donkeys!) to get there hooves trimmed & also alpaca shearing which is a flip and almost a body slam! Love it!

My partner and I just bought our 16 x 80 mobile home, should be moving in a couple weeks. Yes, we will be trailer trash and we don't care 🤣, just kidding. So I've been thinking about flipping also. I used to know about computers but I had a stroke in 2011 when I was 50 and forgot most of what I had learned, we are going to bring someone else in and go from there. On a side note, it would be nice to see new vlogs on the Anxiety War channel about items you like to find/purchase and flip. I like to flip stuff and I watch a lot of flipping channels so I think it'd be cool to see what you look for to make a quick buck haha. Maybe you have some flipping insights that others don't lol 🤷♂️

I slept on that same "clack clack" futon couch you have in "The Bunker" for around a year, when I rented a furnished room. I never opened it up into a bed. It was comfy, as is, with plenty of pillows and blankets, so I didn't wake up with button marks on my butt...lol...
