That prelude, unlike most of the other sex scenes in the Saga, was completely gratuitous. You will not miss out on any of the plot from not having seen it. Basically, Adina (a female demon stuck in a ridiculous aloe-themed form) tells Bel (a male bull-like demon) about her encounter with a witch who almost got magical training from her for free .. but Adina exploited a last-minute loophole that Zandar overlooked, and placed an impromptu geas on her just as Adina was being banished back to Hell. The geas involved a bottle. Zandar was furious. Nothing more than that was explained.
Now, the actual story begins with a flashback.
