2023-05-31 02:18:07 +0000 UTCI messaged him about this, use prusa slicer, it’s free and works fine,and it worked without a problem. You can place just what you want to print on the build plate like normal, save it as a file and then load it into ultimaker if you want still use it, that’s what I did.

2023-05-28 01:49:44 +0000 UTCWhen I add the file into Ultimaker, it is very laggy due to the large file size. It also says the model is not watertight and one of the nuts seems to be causing issues and not able to delete. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong or is there an issue with the file? Can the files be downloaded separately.
