I wanted to share with you the full ad-free video of my Traditional Chinese Medicine visit with Theodore. On YouTube, it will be broken up into 2 parts since it's so long: one will be released tomorrow and the other on Friday.
In this video, Theodore completes a TCM intake with tongue and pulse, guides me through breath work, and offers me a massage, fire cupping and acupuncture. I've never done a video like this on my channel and I really hope you like it. Personally, I think the fire cupping sounds are heavenly! 💕
