#40 - Raven's Wood Core Set (Preview 1)

This set has been the most intensive and challenging set I have ever made and I keep underestimating how long it will take me to complete it. So it is still a WIP, but I wanted to go ahead and share some renders and make some of the completed tiles available to you for download via Google Drive. Thank you all again for your continued patience as I work through this set. I am extremely proud of it and hope you find it well worth the wait.
I recommend using the scatter piece to test your calibration and printer's readiness for these tiles. So far, all test prints have turned out great!
My plan is to release more of the set as I have time to ensure each one meets my standard throughout the week. There are many more tiles for this set and I also plan to include some basic edge pieces and at least one tree top style as well.
One feature I would like to point out is the tree trunks. The trunks have a hollow top which is designed to be plugged by the tree top connector of your choice. You can use a traditional Dragonbite clip or a magnetic Dragonbite clip, and I included a 5mm sphere magnet plug.
Most forests are not easy to traverse and this set is designed to reflect that. The thicker foliage is designed to provide barriers to movement and cover for characters in combat or spying scouts.
Once the set is complete, I will go back and provide a gridded option for those that have long requested that option for the outdoor tiles. Once a grid style is established, all previous outdoor tile releases such as the Exterior Barrow Mounds will be gradually updated to include gridded options as well.
Lastly, I am not completely satisfied with the render quality of this set, so do not be alarmed if I play with other render styles for future WIP previews until I settle on one.
