Yeah nah not buying your theory Ali. Trump has always been an extremely litigious person and extremely petty. The video was about Jan 6th which is still haunting him politically. He would absolutely want to sue the second he heard about it. I'm sure "The Lobby" as you put it is probably happy that he did it but to point at them and but the full blame on them instead of a very vindictive man is a bit silly.

I understand unaffordable houses is terrible economically too so you got to pick your poison. But cutting people’s wealth is at the very least obvious political suicide and a certain way to get the Libs back in who would no doubt prop up house prices again and then this was all for nothing. Sad but it’s reality.

Won't pop any time soon from any current government interventions (supply, financial assistance, immigration) as Labor has done nothing substantial, and has no plans that are viable to reduce house prices, and will intervene if they start dropping too much. The only thing that might make it pop is external market factors, i.e. recession and/or high unemployment as we transition to AI, or higher interest rates. Neither liberals or Labor have any plan to reduce house prices. On Ali's points about envy... I agree with most of what he's said, but you've got to recognise that viewpoint (of detached impermanence) as a coping response to the external environment where our society has encouraged low sociability, dog eat dog, financial stress etc. to a higher degree than previous generations (that we can recall). It may have been tougher for the parents of baby boomers, but they're all nearly dead now so we have no narratives about hardship that are relateable. Re: hate speech laws... We all know the Zionists have a victim complex and use(d) it to pressure reasonable critiques, and shape laws in their favour. Re: Mislavs job. Giving off Gob from Arrested Development vibes when he pretended to have a job as a waiter because the job was "beneath him". Mislav, a full time job is probably very doable... What else do you do but a few pods a week which probably have zero preparation?
