To quit caffeine I went cold turkey for a couple of months, my main motivator was to reduce the onslaught of anxiety attacks I was having. I have since taken up drinking a maximum of two brewed chai latte's a day, and typically consume one around 6:30 and one around 9:30. Since the consumption of a hot beverage was habitual for me, once I had consumed both my allotted chai's, I then switched over to drinking rooibos w/vanilla tea for the rest of the day. As someone who gets stuck into habits good/bad, this was a game changer. More power to you โ
