Keep in mind that you’re judging events in the world’s third largest country from the other side of the planet, relying (it seems) only on progressive outlets and whatever news manages to trickle its way across the giant pond. I suggest you question your own assumptions to the same degree you suggest I should. Jordan spends hours each week laying out the media propaganda model, and you don’t think it applies to how the media treats Trump??

He's a narcissist and didn't achieve anything good for your country when he was in power besides transfers wealth to the rich. His cognitive issues just make it easier to justify to others that he's not suitable if they can't look at the lack of improvement in the country. Just like Mislav has observed in Australia, the liberals are voted in for good times and cause bad times at which point Labor comes in to fix it then the media runs the campaign against them so hard they literally are praising a plan for something that is banned in all states as a good idea! That's how much the media hate Labor's minorly progressive policies. The Overton window is so far to the right in the states it's not funny and in Australia it's pretty bad too Compared with 60s liberal social policies that Labor won't touch even.

Having lived in Ohio for 10 years now, I’ve learned I can’t trust a single word the media says about Trump. And I was once *very* anti Trump. The media narrative gets it right once in a while, but otherwise it’s riddled with lies and bias.

If you’re interested in a quality pro-Trump perspective, check out Prof Victor Davis Hanson. If I do a generic search for “Trump Biden gaffes”, Biden’s mental decline seems so much more evident than Trump’s. I’ve also watched several of each guy’s speeches, interviews, campaigns, debates, all unedited. You can barely walk a block in America right now and not hear someone talking about Biden’s mental decline. We see it daily; it’s even more embarrassing than Trump was.

Casually watching Luke Beazley and David pakman says otherwise. Also, you make it sound like Biden is doing nothing inbetween when he's the president.

Biden makes far fewer appearances yet far more gaffes. I don’t mean to fully excuse Trump’s unhinged comments, but Biden’s mental decline is not fake news. It’s a daily discussion over here, even among liberals and Dems, who are seriously freaking out.
