RL News, I Quit my Dayjob...Now in Trouble

 So....onto some rather bleak RL problems

This Sunday I have sent in my letter of resignation to Target, I will be working their for 2 more weeks afterwards I am officially unemployed...

Why did I do this?

For those who don't know this was a very very long time coming but it came alot sooner than I'd hope only because I am sick and done with the constant abuse and backward ass choices made by our leaders to make working their frustrating depressing and unworkable. 
To Give you a Idea on what the situation was like: We got a corporate Yes Man for a store leader and shes running the entire store to the ground by making back ass dumbass choices that is literally making everyone quit. Seriously sense she came into power we've lost over 80% of our Vets (People working more than 5+ years) Including a slew of managers, and guess what these new managers are all corperate yes men as well. They give us unrealistic goals and expectations and blame us for terrible sales when in all seriousness its corperates unrealistic goals on where to mazamize profits in the store and the weather.
To give you a Idea on how unrealistic the goals are:
Try within 5 Hours you completely clean/stock over 180 isles by yourself and must look 100% Perfect, Everything must be filled to the brim clean and organized 100% WHILE Customers are still shopping, Restock the Endcaps front and back, Put away all the Go backs, Always go up to Customer service to retrieve Go Backs every 5 minutes, And you have to give Customer Service to EVERY customer you see. Its gotten even worse now because All the new employees we hired to replace all the Vets, besides the fact we have to take time to train them, 9/10 times they are no call no shows for weeks and so this process of hiring new employees start all over again. hell some were fired on the spot for dumbass choices they made or the leaders made, And Even more worse We no longer have anything to Organize Go Back products and we no longer have any way to organize the products in the backroom between what goes to the salesfloor, what gets stored, whats on clearance, what goes into the truck ect, you know have to memorize everything straight through memory. 

AND AFTER ALL THAT!!! The Store Leaders Blame US for nothing getting done and nothing being perfect. 
And this has been Daily for the past 2 years and its only recent that everyone is quieting including myself! (Gives you a awesome idea how much patients we had for this)....

Hell We were even talking about doing a strike rally but it blew up in our faces quickly when they fired the ring leaders simotaniously.

Funny enough....2 years ago, Target was a awesome place to work at -.-;

So needless to say I had to get the hell out of dodge and quickly which I have officially done

Was this a Terrible choice? Absolutely! but be honest with that amount of BS would YOU stay?
Hell even my landlord understand because he actually witnessed said BS multiple times and has given me a 6 moth grace period to either find a new job or for patreon to pick up.

Now more than ever I need your guys help
So for the next 6 months I'll be in full production mode able to crank out pictures and update regularly BUT ONLY FOR THOSE 6 MONTHS 
If my financial situation dosent change I will be homeless which means no more pictures from me and no more Kuroinu Rebellion
