It was the same approach Jordan took and recommends: dedicate all your time to it just like it was a 60-hr a week job. She was probably helped by needing to work 60-hr weeks at the corporate gig beforehand.

With this, an argument can be made that ideology/culture is humanity’s way of expressing certain types of genes by designing selection pressures through societal expectations. The tricky part is broadly answering “What constitutes a sin?” & being mindful of adaptations (when something has an unexpected outcome)
