Here's a question for you: Elon Musk was saying that he wanted to buy Twitter to make the world a better place. Hm, in the interests of a better world how about Elon Musk buys out the Murdoch media... starting in Australia? What do you think? Besides the usual reasons Murdoch has a malign influence, add this: affordability of housing, public housing shortfall, rental crisis in many locations. Murdoch won't want change because they make money from real estate. Com and they want people to be nervous about paying mortgage/rent to encourage a conservative vote. In my opinion. Interesting discussion on ABC (shock) about turning Defence Housing into simply Housing: 'Could public housing solve the housing affordability problem ', also 'Australia enters deep rental crisis'... but the political parties aren't talking about it...(although the ABC dares not ask why).
