December Sketchbook Post

The winter holidays are usually like that, no sun and family stress for two straight months would be rough if we weren't also in a pandemic. So, again, I didn't do a ton of drawing in my sketchbooks just for fun. I did do a little figure drawing that I'm proud of, though:
I'm also still digging through a lot of old sketchbooks! I went back to the storage unit the majority of my stuff is still in (god I can't wait until this fucking pandemic is over and I can move to my own apartment), and I found a ton of interesting old stuff.
The Museum of Natural History is one of my favorite places to draw, and I found all these old pages from there:
Lots of old random subway drawing and doodling, too. I really miss this kind of freehand aimless stupid drawing, it's something I keep meaning to get back to in my sketchbooks now but still haven't done yet. A resolution for 2021, I guess! These are circa 2015 or so, I think.
Finally, here's a drawing I found of a fat giraffe from like 2013. It made me laugh to find it again.
