Mistakes come across so much better when you just own up. On a positive note, seeing Sean’s face talking about the Andrea episode showed his remorse so much better than his words did.

I have signed up for a few because they promote them on their shows and it’s content I don’t want to miss out on. It's truly baked into their business model. This always feels like an afterthought. So happy to support you after listening for 10 years but I’d rather pay more than I already am for quality and consistency.

Wine tasting, closet tour, "12 hours in NYC' fav spots tour, that hilarious Tay-Olympics you did that one time... there's so many fun things we would love to see you do! 3 hours of Zoom video that we already heard, uploaded on the last day of the month... feels phoned in. Bonus content should be something the other tier has not experienced. We love you and want to love the bonus content as well!

I’ve been listening to Taylor since 2010. I love her show and want her to succeed. But this feels like it was just done last minute to fulfill the promise of monthly video content.

Seeing the content topics ahead of time could entice more listeners to upgrade. October; cooking video November: Gift guide December: cohost holiday zoom party…. Things like that?
