Hey all! I'll just get right into this one.

October's been about doing my best to find ways to work around the pandemic and be social. Mostly that's meant too much twitter! Which I'm working on being on less, tbh, everything about it is just starting to make me feel insane. One I did do was attend an outdoor drag show in Prospect Park! Another was organize a trip to Denver to see my best friend, who I was supposed to fly to over the summer. That's what these sketchbook drawings are from. Hiking out to a remote place and sitting in the shade and drawing with friends... I recommend it!!
I'm also still doing figure drawing, which helps keep me sane, too.

That's about all the stuff I have for this month - but I'd like to post a little more? So why don't I post some things that technically have been posted in other places, just under a different name. I make a pretty concerted effort to keep my furry artist life and regular artist life separate, so I'd appreciate it if you'd respect that!
Anyway, another thing I did on my trip to Denver was make some journal comics about the trip! They were a lot of fun.

(this was actually the 7th i just mis-dated it lol)

Also worth noting, I... have a children's book coming out! It's a picture book for very young readers, like, kids that are just learning. It's called Cat Likes Red and it's about color! Here's a piece from that, if that kind of thing interests you.

This cat goes through a bunch of different monochromatic landscapes - the idea behind it was an exploration of the range that exists within different colors, but mostly I think kids will just like big pictures full of little details to stare at. Or I hope so, anyway!
I think the book's actually available for preorder on Amazon, so if that kind of thing interests you, hit me up and I can tell you more.
