How to Join the Discord (& Fix Problems)

Hi everyone-

Julia here. Every month I get an email or two asking how they join the Discord. I just went through the whole process in a brand new Patreon account to see what it was like for myself and make sure I was giving y'all the right info.

Firstly, make sure you connected your Discord and your Patreon account. You can do that by going into your account settings.

How do you do that? Here's a step by step guide!
FOR DESKTOP USERS:

1- Log into Patreon

2- Look at the top right corner of the screen and there's a little avatar there. Hover over it and a drop down menu will appear.

3- Click on "my profile settings"

4- Click on "apps"

5- You should see a prompt to connect your discord!

6- Sign into your discord and head on over to discord.com (or the app if you have it) and it you should now seethe Drawfee Mug on the left hand side! Click that and you're in!

FOR MOBILE USERS:

1- Log into Patreon on the browser! I've been told it's not on the app for whatever reason.

2- On the top right of the screen are 3 lines stacked on each other like pancakes. Click those.

3- Scroll down that list until you see "My profile settings".

4- Click that down arrow to the right of that.

5- Click where it says "Apps"

6- Connect your Discord!

7- Log into your Discord.

8- Go to discord.com or the app and you'll see the another stack of pancakes on the top left.

9- Click those 3 lines and you should see the Drawfee mug in that left column.

10- Click that mug!!

If you have done those things, are in the Drawfee server, and cannot see anything, email me at julialepetit@drawfeeshow.com with your patreon name or patreon email and the problem and I will fix it. Sometimes Patreon and Discord will hiccup (specially during the beginning of the month) and you won't be given a role but I can fix that.
