I used to use a whip in 4H, the animal shows at county fairs, for training animals for show, generally they aren’t ever hit, it’s more as a tool used to extend the arm and direct the animal. Used canes as well

2022-05-19 18:03:59 +0000 UTCThey actually did make contact with the police. They warned them repeatedly that the youngster was causing a commotion in the neighborhood. Officers involved claim that the incident will be forgotten. Officers did not take it seriously and did not respond until shooting was involved. Thankfully no one was hurt but this all could have been avoided by the police and the parent.

The kid is also the reflection of what the parents taught him and defended the kids bad behavior. It’s very sus on there views and why he went to there house with a whip, was it prejudice or was it because they were African American. I know I don’t want to easily say: they are racist but this has many 🚩’s , it sucks that people can’t handle it civil.
