From the time karate is stricter with push-up than the military, then there’s cause for concern. The sansei didn’t care if you were young or old, child or adult, male or female, everyone did the same press-up, the only time we got to choose was if we wanted to do fingertips or knuckle push-up 😅 Isn’t the point of the physical test and having the same standards for all is so there’s no weak link, everyone is capable of holding their own, so there’s a higher chance of survival. How are they more concerned with PR than the lives of the people risking it, make it make sense.

Um. Excuse me? Small question? When did staring down the barrel of your rifle become safe? As you use it to steady yourself? Asking for a friend. (I already know. NEVER!)

As a former soldier I agree with yall. I served for only 2 years and during those years, mentally I wasn't there. I had to get out on a medical discharge because I wouldn't want to go to war with a person like me. I tried to get better and think that everything is just in my head like my NCOs told me, but I knew better than to serve.
