Yeah I ain't mad at the dude, he's putting himself out there which is vastly more than I ever do (even if its for a abhorrent reason), even now, its why I don't complain about my dating prospect because I don't that as well as no dating apps, I do want what the ladies are clamoring for, something organic but that probably means I'm going to be alone all my life, and you know what... I'm ok with that, been alone nearly all my life I'm used to it.

This kind of stuff is fine. I wouldn’t even necessarily call it pickup “artistry”. He doesn’t seem to be using techniques like pickup lines, he’s just making normal connections with these women based on appearances/surroundings. This reminds me of the stuff I’ve learned in the great dating book by Dr. Robert Glover, “Dating Essentials for Men”. I will concede that his intention to just get laid is disappointing, though.

Im not gonna demonize the dude for trying to get laid. He was respectful and backed off when the girl said she had a bf. How else do you meet prospective partners as a man if you never open your mouth lol. Most heterosexual women do not chase men, sooo...

its game on both side, one playing defense, one playing offensive.
However the game it self wasn't fair to begin with. One side is stuck playing nothing but offensive and the other doesn't want to playing nothing else but defense.
However the goal is the same.....accomplish the objective, whatever it may be, within the guidelines.

I think it feels cringe because we dont feel that is how interaction should naturally be, so it feels manufactured. The reality is though, that we as men have to push numbers to find success, and if we have to be comfortable with an unnatural approach to do so, that is the cost to reap the reward. The outcome is irrelevant to the intent, I agree with his strive for a positive outcome even though I disagree with his intent.
