420 Prices
All throughout today - The NPC dealers will give you 420 prices on Cannabis, which is like.. ridiculously cheap prices.
Generally Cheaper
The dealers will also give you generally slightly cheaper prices on all drugs from this update going forward. The Dark Web will give you even more reduced prices.
Cannabis
New Strains
To celebrate 420 you can now get two new strains, namely OG Wreck and Purple Lights. They can only be grafted from other plants so make sure to research your plants to figure out which plants are needed to create these new strains.
The new strains are of course sellable, curable, and smokable.
Cannabis Scenario Removed
There is currently a glitch with the Cannabis Connoisseur Scenario and San Myshuno.
Venue List
To make sure this works you need to download the updated Basemental Drugs venue list provided in this post. I recommend installing this venue list in a separate folder directly in your Mods folder called: Basemental Venue List.
Choose one of these 2 installation methods. Not both.
Basemental Drugs Installer (WINDOWS ONLY)
- Delete all the old Basemental Drugs files from your Mods folder.*
- Download this Basemental Drugs.exe file.
- Run the Basemental Drugs.exe file.
- Choose which Optional Packages you want included.
- Delete your localthumbcache.package
* If you installed from the installer previously, you can delete the old files by launching the file called unins000.exe in your Basemental Drugs folder.
Basemental Drugs Zip (WINDOWS OR MAC)
- Delete all the old Basemental Drugs files from your Mods folder.
- Download the Basemental Drugs zip file.
- Unzip the Basemental Drugs zip file.
- Place the files in a folder titled Basemental Drugs in your Mods folder.
- Delete the Basemental Drugs zip file.
- Delete your localthumbcache.package

2022-05-03 18:24:35 +0000 UTCI think I know what I was doing wrong. Once I got on the dark web, I found a different batch of pills. I'm guessing that what I was having them get high with WASN'T the correct pills. I ordered some MDMA from the dark web and I'll be trying again the next time I play the sims. I have to wait on the mail carrier... lol I am extremely grateful for your help. You have been Very Kind to this old woman. I love the added playfulness your mod gives me. With yours and all the other mods I've added to my game, I'll never go back to vanilla sims again. laissez le bon temps rouler! Thanks Again!
