Just a little status update on the next version of Basemental Gangs including the (hopefully) last crucial bug fixes. It is slightly delayed as a bunch of people wants to be able to remove gang members and replace them with new ones. I am currently working on adding that as a last minute feature through the aspiration rewards system. It takes a little longer than expected to complete it, but I'll get it up and running as quickly as possible.

You aren't supposed to set up a retail store on your gang HQ lot. The two are mutually exclusive

Hello, i have a problem with trying to open the retail store on my gang hq lot. it tells me to click on an item to set price but when i do it, it does nothing. i have an register but still nothing. Pls help

hi ... i have a problem with the Huge Shipments event ... i did every thing and at the last action i have to do to complete the event (when i pay the dealer ) both sims ( my sim and the dealer ) reset and i get a error message by mcc .. any help please ?

love the mod but you need to be able to kick people out the gang as I accidentally made my right-hand man a swat team member so when he comes to my house he starts to take my plants :(

update your basemental drugs mod to 3.9.10.18.103 and your Basemental Gangs to1.7.9.39

Try deleting your plants and plant new ones, see if that solves it

Awesome mod, however, I'm having an issue where the plants essentially get frozen and don't progress. Also researching the plants doesn't add any info or option to graft, after the update.

Getting them to push MDMA is a feature that is meant for people who have maxed out their MDMA dealing skill. As you would need ziplock bags of 30 of each pill, and all 5 bags. That is something you can't get a hold of until you are maxed out at MDMA dealing with your own pill presser

You can try to cheat your skill level down one notch and back up to max with MCCC, it's currently only available as the max level reward

Just a question: I do not have the option in world editor to make any lots in the new islands world a gang HQ. Is this normal or something wrong in my game. Btw, I do have the option in all the older worlds so it is not a problem with Basemental Gangs mod. Thx!

How do you manage to kill off so many Sims? :D Currently there isn't a way to do that with the mod, but I've been meaning to implement a way to do it in the near future. ive messed up the sit down with the rival gang because once wasn't created I then made one but its saying I need to wait for the next one but there still moving in on my turf and can't declare war

No, you do need to delete all your old Basemental Drugs files and re-install the latest version one post down. If you have saved over the game with the missing doors you might also need to roll back your save. Do a quick google search if you are uncertain how that works

someone told me no doors on apartments and places was caused by the basemental app - does this have something to do with gangs venues?

Thanks for reporting on this. I have located the bug, and it will be fixed for the next version of Gangs (will be uploaded in a couple of days) For now, don't use the Huge Shipments interaction until it's fixed

Okay I Leveled Him Back Down To Zero On all The drug dealing skills . And I did what you said by using testing cheats but now when I click the phone it gives Me the option to create gang and select which one but nothing happens after that and I tried to click the phone again and it just Gives me the same create gang options ?

Yeah ...My computers script fail like a mf, and the last exceptions almost made me Dragon Toss my computer. Needless to say I dislike EA for always ruining a good thing.

If you have updated the game to the latest patch, it won't be running fine. Unless you are cool with not having computers in game, that is, and buggy behavior that might affect other mods.

Don't do that. Cheating up the skill without getting the traits will just net you a bunch of issues and not having the mod work correctly. Try to type in: testingcheats true before typing in: bmg.enable_gangs

You shouldn't try to combine the club feature with the gang features, they are two separate entities. I suggest you read up on the post for the first version of Basemental Gangs. It is linked to in this download. As for the HQ venues, they are all a bit different from one another, the Simkuza HQ doesn't add any extra guests, whereas the Cosa Simstra HQ should double as a front with a bar or cafe. The street gang HQ's cocaine customers will occasionally drop by to autonomously buy cocaine from your gang members and promptly leave.

Loving this mod so much but can't figure out if when you set a venue to gang hq only the 4 gang members show up. No longer can npcs come to hang out at the venue unless you make a club for the gang members with the EA tool. And then you are only limited to 8. Am I doing something wrong? I changed a club into a hq and now noone comes.

Yeah the gangs do feud with their rival gangs. Make another gang just level the gang leader up to 10 and your and the rival gang will be seen fighting each other(on sight) lol
