This update switches a lot of fundamentals on how the mod works, particularly the selling aspect of it. Now that I have managed to take some time to actually play with the mod I am still overhauling things I find unrealistic and stuff I deem not optimal gameplay wise. I hope this will be a welcoming overhaul to the whole selling system of the mod...

How it works

Selling Drugs

Previously you had to befriend a Sim to a certain point to be able to sell drugs to that Sim. When I played with the mod, I found this to be incredibly unrealistic and strange. "Hey stranger, let's cloudgaze for 5 minutes... nice jacket! Wanna buy some amphetamine?" That is a thing of the past. Now you actually have to convince your potential customers to become customers in the first place.

It works like this; When you click on a potential customer, and go to the "Drugs" pie menu, click on the drug you want to sell them (assuming you have been granted permission of your NPC Drug Dealer to sell this drug, ie. you have the dealing trait for it), now you'll get the option of a couple of Social Interactions to slowly start talking about the drug you want to sell them. These interactions will change the more you talk about it, and the friendlier you get. Eventually you will get the option to "Seal The Deal". Once you have sealed the deal with a Sim, that Sim will be on your customer list for the drug you convinced them to buy, and you will get the option to sell them said drug.

These Sims will also call you up requesting that particular drug, and when they come over to buy it, you will only be able to sell that drug to them (unless you have convinced them to be on the customer list for a different drug as well).

If you forget which Sims are on your Customer List for a particular drug you are selling, click on your Sim, go to the "Drugs" pie menu, select "Customer List" and your peddled drug of choice, and you will get the full list of customers for that drug.

Note: It is easier to convince a Sim with the clubber trait to buy drugs from you than Sims without the trait. And if you try to convince a Sim with the Straight Edge trait to buy drugs from you it will definitely don't go down well. Hence it might be a good idea to use the "Get To Know" interaction to figure out their traits.

If you want to sell a drug to someone and they haven't called you in a while, click on your Phone, go to the "Dealing" tab of the phone, select "Sell Drugs", choose between the 4 drugs you can sell (select one of the drugs you have the Dealing Trait for and Sims on the customer list for) and you can select by Sims on your Customer List to meet up with at a specific location so you can peddle your wares. 

If you want to remove someone from your Customer List, you do as with the previous versions, talk to the Sim in person, click on him/her and select "Remove as Client". If you want to add him or her back to your customer list, do the same thing but "Regain Client".

Phone Interactions

All of the "Call up this or that" Sim interactions that were previously found by clicking on your Sim is now located on your Sims phone instead, under the "Dealing" tab. From calling the Shaman to inviting the Cocaine Companions over to bribing the Police. You name it.

I was planning to add a couple of these, but you'll get one new one at least. Time to get baked with some Cannacakes (pancakes).

Alcohol

The system I implemented in the last version had a little flaw to it, where if you drank until you passed out you wouldn't get the declining alcohol effects afterwards, just *boom* sober. This is fixed now.

Amphetamine Dealing

I finally fixed the High Level Clients system for Amphetamine so it works the same way as the newly revamped system for Cocaine Dealing.

Click on your Sim, select "Drugs" then "Amphetamine Dealing" (granted you are above level 6 at this skill), select your first client, and remove the client through the same menu. At level 8 you can select one additional high level client the same way.

I also like the idea of making certain drug combos more likely to cause an OD and/or death. It ups the risk factor. I also like the idea of the really good weed and/or psychedelics causing a psychotic break and permanently adding something like the Erratic trait or flashbacks.

I say any new drugs added need to be a different type than what has already been done Psychedelics, Stimulants, Alcohol and weed but pills would bring a huge variety to the game allowing possible death from mixing too many drugs. Xanax, Opiates, And some others too maybe.

I wouldn't recommend it as some of the levels give out specific rewards and if you skip right through them you won't get those rewards. Also, if you don't ask your CAS assigned NPC dealer permission to start dealing drugs in the first place a lot of the interactions that comes as level rewards won't work.

If it says missing 5 and you got 10 you are still missing 5, just means that 15 are required

My sim isn't able to cure any of the uncured buds. It's greyed out and says I'm missing the quantity, but I've got more than what it's asking for.

My problem is that none of the words show up when I have drugs in my inventory and in my phone. It just shows a blank word bubble

Definitely not a normal issue. Could be that they are placed on a CC counter that needs batch fixing in Sims4Studio

As specified in the instructions on this post, you won't be able to sell to the customers until you have ran the social interactions to the point that the Seal the Deal option comes up and you have successfully performed the Seal the Deal interaction with a customer. Then and only then you can start selling to that customer.

It isn't giving me the option to sell weed with the New interactions . And I can't ask my NPC to sell it either.

If you just seal the deal with a customer and call the customer when he or she is right next to you, it obviously won't work, considering they are right there. Say, you gain a customer for your cocaine list, leave to your home lot and call them up with "Sell Drugs" by clicking on the cocaine dealing option, you will get those Sims up as selectable options to sell to. The larger your customer list grows, the better this functionality works.

If you haven't talked to a potential customer by using the new social interactions and managed to Seal the Deal with the customer they won't appear on your customer list, and you won't be able to meet up with them to sell them drugs either. Nor will they call you to buy drugs from you. With this update you start from scratch with your customers, as the only thing that previously dictated which were your customers was the level of friendship, which is more or less an impossibility to test for in a safe way to transfer your old customers to the new system.

Two things aren't working for me. 1. The customer list. When I do this interaction my sim just writes on a notepad. 2. The Sell drugs from the phone does bring up the options of which drug to choose but after that my sim just has a conversation on the phone then hangs up.
